(SENIOR) MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY RISK MANAGEMENT

The selected candidate will be tasked with leading enhancements to systems and processes while overseeing project execution to guarantee that user needs are accurately defined and project goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Implement necessary controls in information security, data management, and cybersecurity processes to comply with audit standards and corporate governance
• Investigate incidents and engage in monitoring and testing of operational information security and data quality management
• Liaise with user departments to enhance their understanding of information security and data management requirements
• Provide guidance on temporary solutions in cases of system limitations to facilitate the development of operational procedures
• Ensure adherence to information security and data management policies and standards
• Mentor team members to enhance their knowledge of systems and business practices
• Oversee the training program to elevate training quality and boost staff awareness
• Offer information security insights on new projects and systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Business Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines, along with at least one professional insurance certification (e.g., FLMI, PMP)
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including a minimum of 6 years in management roles focused on technology risk and/or information security
• Possession of CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications is preferred
• Familiarity with key/PIN management, hardware security modules, internet vulnerabilities, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, data loss prevention systems, and application security within financial or banking environments
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with strong analytical capabilities
• Highly adaptable in the face of change and unexpected challenges
