Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the general insurance department.
• Oversee the underwriting process and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with clients and brokers, addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
