Overview:
Lead growth and client service in Hong Kong’s enterprise sector. Manage key accounts across industries including healthcare, transportation, and finance. Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive annual revenue growth from existing and new accounts while maintaining margins
• Recruit and rebuild the team with suitable candidates
• Collaborate with account teams to enhance relationships and pursue opportunities
• Work with internal and external teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Promote the brand through market development events
• Ensure high client satisfaction through strategic engagement
• Produce annual thought leadership content to boost brand positioning
• Oversee project delivery to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 18-20+ years in IT or ICT consulting, with 8+ years in the enterprise sector
• Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud, data, and AI preferred
• In-depth knowledge of key industries and consulting experience with strong sales acumen
• Proven experience managing large-scale accounts and successful project delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
