Assist superiors in overseeing and executing the whole process (e.g. pre-launch, post launch) practices of the Hong Kong Sales & Marketing Team to achieve business objectives and compliance with legal requirements
Prepare and produce marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office, and sales brochure
Create and execute promotional campaigns, as well as interact with internal departments and external partners to negotiate deals
Assist in setting sales planning, payment plan, sales and pricing strategy
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the property market and prepare sales and budget reports
Propose and provide advice to superiors on matters related to the sale of relevant properties
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a robust background in residential sales and marketing from property development firms.
Practical expertise in promotional marketing specifically for property development, especially with local developers.
Strong business insight coupled with excellent analytical capabilities.
Proven skills in project management, effective presentation, and problem-solving.
In-depth understanding and experience with the Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Customer-focused, collaborative team player who is motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
