Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify trends, insights, and competitive landscape
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media as well as know how to create product concepts by good storytelling…etc)
Build and manage assigned brand to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive decision-making
Manage category P&L. Oversee marketing budgets and optimize marketing spending to maximize ROI
Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales team on developing and evaluating effective channel promotions and assist in category management
Contribute to the development of new product ideas and enhancements to existing products based on market feedback and analysis
Inventory planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
6-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, preferably in FMCG
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creative and strong passion for brand building and marketing
A good team player, energetic, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
Candidates who are less experienced would be considered as Senior Product Manager
