CLAIMS SPECIALIST (CASUALTY/LIABILITY)

Handle complex casualty claims (CGL) from start to finish. Use your investigative and negotiation skills to drive claims to accurate, timely resolutions. Financial Lines experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex casualty/liability claims, including coverage analysis, investigation, and settlement.

• Collaborate with legal experts, adjusters, and clients to assess liability and damages.

• Negotiate settlements within authority and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Provide technical support and help improve claims processes.

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of casualty/liability claims experience.

• Exposure to Financial Lines claims is a plus

• A bachelor's degree and ideally ANZIIF or similar credentials.

• Strong analytical, communication (English & Chinese), and tech skills.

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
