CONTRACT ANALYST PROGRAMMER (WORKPLACE SUPPORT)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst Programmer to join our team, focusing on workplace support. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing hardware and software inventory, overseeing contract renewals, and contributing to budget preparations for IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the inventory of PC hardware and accessories.
• Manage the renewal of contracts and facilitate tendering processes.
• Collaborate with the System Manager to prepare the ITSD and departmental budgets.
• Handle daily requests for hardware and software supplies from both business units and ITSD.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure hardware and software for operational activities.
• Assist the Systems Manager in implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of IT End User Services.

Requirements:

• A degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Strong background in license management, procurement, contract management, IT auditing, budgeting, and PC inventory control.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft licenses, as well as hardware and software asset management.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to address urgent matters.
