CONTRACT ANALYST PROGRAMMER (OUTSYSTEMS PLATFORM GOVERNANCE)

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer with a strong background in Platform Governance to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the OutSystems platform, ensuring effective governance throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business analysts and stakeholders to extract and clarify requirements, converting them into actionable technical specifications.
• Oversee the design, development, and governance of the OutSystems platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and best practices.
• Develop and implement OutSystems applications and automation solutions, with a bonus for experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Execute data integration tasks and manage data flow using connectors, ensuring seamless operation across systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of OutSystems applications to uphold high-quality standards.
• Foster citizen development initiatives within various business units to encourage digital innovation.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the OutSystems ecosystem, assessing their potential impact on our operations.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and governance practices for reference and training.

Requirements:

• A High-Level Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, complemented by at least 2 years of hands-on experience as an OutSystems Developer. Significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling and integration techniques, along with a familiarity with OutSystems Forge components and RESTful APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to excel both independently and in a collaborative environment.
