SENIOR TECHNICAL TRAINING EXECUTIVE – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT teams to create and update training materials that meet customer needs and comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct classroom training and assessments to ensure trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
Use effective teaching methods to engage trainees and keep the training sessions interesting.
Identify training needs and implement effective learning methods, exploring new technologies to improve training effectiveness.
Translate technical IT terms into simple language for better understanding among business users.
Ensure training quality meets the Integrated Management System (IMS) standards, including conducting quality checks and addressing any issues.
Participate in new IT projects as needed.
Implement safety management requirements as outlined in the Safety Responsibility Statement.
Recommend changes to training programs to align with current practices and incorporate new technologies.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification or diploma in training and development is preferred.
At least five years in the IT industry, with three years in training roles.
Strong team leader with the ability to work independently, mentor others, and successfully complete projects.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
