SENIOR TECHNICAL TRAINING EXECUTIVE – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to create and update training materials that meet customer needs and comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct classroom training and assessments to ensure trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
• Use effective teaching methods to engage trainees and keep the training sessions interesting.
• Identify training needs and implement effective learning methods, exploring new technologies to improve training effectiveness.
• Translate technical IT terms into simple language for better understanding among business users.
• Ensure training quality meets the Integrated Management System (IMS) standards, including conducting quality checks and addressing any issues.
• Participate in new IT projects as needed.
• Implement safety management requirements as outlined in the Safety Responsibility Statement.
• Recommend changes to training programs to align with current practices and incorporate new technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification or diploma in training and development is preferred.
• At least five years in the IT industry, with three years in training roles.
• Strong team leader with the ability to work independently, mentor others, and successfully complete projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
