BUSINESS ANALYST, CLMS SYSTEM (2 YEARS DIRECT CONTRACT) - LISTED FIRM

Our client is a well-known listed public transport company in Hong Kong. Our client is seeking a senior IT Business Analyst to support the corporation‑wide implementation and digitalization of  the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS). The successful candidate will help centralize and standardize contract management, improve risk, compliance, and governance, and drive efficiency by replacing manual processes with an enterprise‑grade platform integrated with key corporate systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, business requirements definition, and validation of CLMS functionalities in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Facilitate business process mapping and gap analysis across functions to identify optimization opportunities in contract lifecycle management.
• Coordinate integration activities with existing enterprise systems, Single Sign‑On (SSO), and e‑Signature platforms.
• Assist in creating and standardizing contract templates, clause libraries, and approval workflow rules to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Support project tracking, vendor management, and the preparation of phased rollout documentation and communication materials.
• Prepare project‑related materials, including meeting agendas, post‑meeting notes, business requirement documents, and technical specifications. 
• Conduct system testing and function validation through well‑defined use cases and test scenarios.
• Support data preparation, cleansing, and migration activities for the CLMS implementation.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and job aids to support change management and user adoption.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, including issue triage, user queries, and ongoing communications.
• Coordinate workshops and requirement consolidation sessions across multiple departments to ensure alignment and buy‑in.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional Qualifications (Mandatory): PMI‑PBA and/or PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT project and system implementation, preferably in enterprise‑level platforms.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end business processes; hands‑on experience in contract or document management processes is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in core reporting and workflow tools (e.g., Power BI) and low‑code / workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with integration concepts and enterprise system landscapes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to work effectively across multiple business units and IT teams.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese is preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
